  • What is your refund policy?
    All deposits are non-refundable. You do have up to a year to rebook. Once you pay a deposit, that means that you understand our policy. In addition, all services are non-refundable, but we are more than happy to do any alterations.
  • What happens if you reschedule more than 3 times?
    We will then have to retain a non-refundable fee of $50 in order to reschedule again. We also have the right to dismiss you as a future client.
  • Why have I been denied any future services?
    Smiles & Styles LLC reserves the right to deny any future services that you may have if you do not comply with company policies, if you are rude to staff personnel, if you remain unresponsive after we try to contact you in regards of appointments or important matters, and many other inconsideration's.
  • Is there a medical director at Smiles & Styles Aesthetics?
    Yes, at Smiles & Styles Aesthetics, we have a medical director, Dr. Albitar, who oversees our medical procedures and ensures the highest standards of care and safety for our clients.
  • What should I do before getting lip filler treatment?
    Before getting lip filler treatment, it's advisable to avoid blood-thinning medications, alcohol, and strenuous exercise. Additionally, inform your beauty specialist about any allergies or medical conditions you have to ensure a safe procedure.
  • What to do after I get lip fillers?
    -Be prepared for some bruising and swelling ( Some clients have also found that Arnica - a natural ointment commonly used to reduce bruising, works very well on the treatment area.) -DO NOT CONSIDER THE RESULT OF THE INITIAL PROCEDURE TO BE FINAL (Many of our clients have experienced mild anxiety when they have studied how the shape of lips or facial smile-lines changes during the first couple of weeks after the procedure. This is completely normal and there is no need to worry because of that. In the beginning, the treatment area sometimes looks a bit asymmetric, it will most probably change quite significantly during the first month after the procedure. Keep in mind that the actual result can be evaluated correctly only after the touch up (re-touching) procedure has also been performed.) Remember, we recommend 3-9 sessions for best results. -NO HEAVY MAKEUP AND ANTI-AGING CREAMS, MINIMIZE MOVEMENT OF THE TREATMENT AREA At least for a week (preferably for 10 days) -Avoid Exercise, bending forward or lifting objects heavier than 15lbs for the first 12 hours post treatment. -Avoid sun exposure, tanning beds, climates with heat above 80 degrees and for 2 weeks post treatment. (or use a hat). -Avoid the use of saunas/hot tubs/steam for 2 weeks post treatment. -Avoid scrunching the lips, drinking hot beverages, smoking and alcohol use for the first 3 days. -If bruising does occur, apply an arnica-based gel topically gently to the treated area 3-4 times a day until bruising disappears. Client can gently massage treated area if lumps are discovered ONLY AFTER 3 days of the treatment. Client should not massage over area for it can dissolve product faster and potentially move the product to the other locations within the skin.
  • What is a liquid BBL?
    Hyaluronic acid butt filler is a cosmetic procedure that involves injecting hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers into the buttocks to enhance volume and shape. This non-surgical treatment is used to achieve a fuller and more lifted appearance in the buttock area.
  • What is the recommended aftercare for liquid bbl treatment?
    After a liquid bbl treatment, it is essential to avoid direct sunlight, wear loose clothing, and follow the skincare routine provided by your beauty specialist. Additionally, staying hydrated and avoiding strenuous activities can help in the healing process.
  • Can I eat after I get my teeth whitened?
    TEETH WHITENING: IMPORTANT AFTER CARE INFORMATION: Result Limitations Your teeth whitening results will last depending on two main factors: 1) Your lifestyle habits 2) The porosity of your teeth If you expose your teeth to staining agents such as tobacco, coffee, red wine, tea, colas, etc. on a regular basis, you will not obtain the optimal results. If you have naturally porous enamel, your teeth will be more vulnerable to re-staining your teeth sooner. Unfortunately, there is no way of knowing ahead of time how porous your teeth are. Generally, results will last from 6 months; up to 1 year. The White Diet It is important to follow the white diet regimen 24 hours post treatment to prevent staining your teeth by consuming foods with color. Remember that after the teeth whitening treatment the pores of your enamel are open and this makes them extremely vulnerable to any staining agents. Once the enamel pores close, you can resume your normal intake. For the following 24 hours After Treatment you must: Here is a list of clear drinks and 'white foods' that are perfectly fine for eating and drinking one hour after a whitening treatment: • Avoid any dark staining drinks like tea, coffee, red wine, colored soft or alcoholic drinks and fruit juice • Avoid all dark staining foods like Bolognese, soy sauce, red meat, chocolate and all fruit except bananas • Avoid any foods or drinks that would leave a stain on a white shirt • Avoid smoking a cigarette within the first 24 Hours, as it will stain your teeth • Moderate use of electronic cigarettes • Avoid colored toothpaste (red or blue) or mouthwash for 24 hours • Avoid extremely hot or cold liquids • Avoid foods that are acidic • Cut back on drinking and smoking Use smudge-proof lipstick
  • How does teeth whitening work?
    Teeth whitening is done by placing a professional grade hydrogen peroxide solution onto the teeth. Peroxide can penetrate the enamel of the teeth and start a process called oxidation. In this scenario, the molecules inside of the teeth are made to reflect less light and therefore appear colorless. This creates the whitening effect creating instant results in one session.
  • Does it hurt?
    When the procedure is administered by a trained professional, the treatment will not cause any pain to the client. There may be slight sensitivity that will subside within an hour of the laser teeth whitening session.   • How many teeth (with composite veneers) can I get fixed with my warranty visit?
    You can get a maximum of 4 teeth fixed with our warranty visit. Any additional would be $200 per tooth.
  • Will this remove the stains from smoking?
    Most stains can be removed using this procedure. However, there are times where a certain patient's teeth will not respond like they should, or a stain won't come out. It is recommended that additional sessions are needed for optimal results. Will teeth whitening damage my teeth? Professional teeth whitening is safe for your teeth. It won't harm the enamel on your teeth or the nerves inside them. How long will my teeth stay white after my teeth whitening procedure? Teeth whitening will generally last for about six months to one year. In some cases, the treatment can last longer. You can help preserve your white teeth by avoiding getting them stained from drinking coffee or red wine, or from smoking. What happens if my teeth become sensitive to whitening? If the teeth become sensitive during the laser teeth whitening treatment, a recovery time of one-hour post procedure is warranted. The patient will never experience permanent sensitivity when teeth whitening is administered by a professional.
  • Once I whiten my teeth, will they stay that way?"
    Unfortunately, due to everyday lifestyles, the teeth will not remain at their whitest shade forever without additional teeth whitening treatments. Staining may show up again after six months to a year. Patients can maintain beautifully whitened results by visiting for treatment every three to six months. Remember to visit your dentist for routine dental cleanings to help maintain whiteness. Patients can also keep the teeth white longer by avoiding staining foods, drinks, and smoking. How long will it take until my teeth are white? Everybody's teeth are different, so times may vary. The patient will most likely want to receive more than one treatment to attain the whitest shade for his or her teeth but will notice a big difference after one treatment. Many people obtain the whitest white within two sessions of 90 minutes to achieve their desired results. Why are my teeth stained in the first place? Teeth can become stained for many reasons. There are two major types of staining, intrinsic and extrinsic. Intrinsic stains are deeper in the tooth and occur from certain medications, injuries, and excessive use of fluorine compounds. Extrinsic stains are the most common and result from eating and drinking dark-colored or rich-colored items. Smoking also affects the extrinsic color of the teeth. Teeth naturally become more stained with age, which is why it is so important to begin teeth whitening treatment as soon as possible for the best and most long-term results.
  • Can I receive treatment while pregnant or breastfeeding?
    No. Laser Teeth Whitening and veneer services are prohibited for pregnant and nursing mothers.
  • Can I get laser teeth whitening with braces?
    No. You cannot receive treatment until three months after braces are removed.
  • How many sessions do I need?
    Usually one session is needed to see results. At least a 60 minutes is recommended every 3 months to maintain results.
  • How frequently can I get my teeth whitened?
    Every 3 months/90 days.
